This Privacy Policy explains how Graciela Oliveira Pinho ("we", "us"), operator of arvio-studio.com, collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit our site or buy our digital products. - Order & contact data: name, email address and any details you give when buying or contacting us.
- Payment data: processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment and limited details (such as the last digits and card brand); we never receive or store your full card number.
- Usage & device data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed and similar data collected through cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).

- Stripe – payment processing;
- our hosting provider (Vercel) – serving the website;
- our email provider – sending order confirmations and support replies.
We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose data where required by law or to protect our rights.

Some processors are located outside your country, including in the EU and the United States. Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate legal safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, as required by the LGPD and GDPR.

Under the LGPD you also have the right to information about with whom we share data and to review decisions made solely by automated processing.

The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
