This Privacy Policy explains how Graciela Oliveira Pinho ("we", "us"), operator of arvio-studio.com, collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit our site or buy our digital products. We comply with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13.709/2018) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

• Order & contact data: name, email address and any details you give when buying or contacting us.
• Payment data: processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment and limited details (such as the last digits and card brand); we never receive or store your full card number.
• Usage & device data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed and similar data collected through cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).

We share data only with processors that help us run the Service, under appropriate safeguards:

• Stripe – payment processing;
• our hosting provider (Vercel) – serving the website;
• our email provider – sending order confirmations and support replies.

We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose data where required by law or to protect our rights.

Some processors are located outside your country, including in the EU and the United States. Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate legal safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, as required by the LGPD and GDPR.
